Getting Around

Port Nelson is small enough for you to travel on foot to the nearby sights, but golf carts and other transportation can be arranged at the Sumner Point Marina. There is one taxi driver who provides transportation to and from the airport, marina, town and the outlying areas.

Taxis

Although metered rates vary by island, they are reasonable and are fixed by law. Surcharges often apply for more than two persons and extra luggage. Suggested tip is 15% of fare.
