Planner Organization Profile

There’s no substitution for an actual visit to experience our destination.  Our destination fam trips provide the opportunity to do that and we invite you to join us.  In order to qualify, planners must complete and submit BOTH the registration and the planner profile below.

Please note:

• A completed planner & Organization profile form must be submitted as soon as possible.
• Spaces are limited for each program. 
• Only qualified meeting planners and buyers are accepted for participation.
• Companies and individuals who have not participated in a destination program, in the last three years, are given priority.
• Each confirmed participant is invited to have a spouse or guest attend; however, Airline arrangements are the responsibility of the spouse or guest. 
• Upon confirmation of your participation, the planner should make their travel arrangements to the destination and forward.
• Accommodations (inclusive of taxes and gratuities) as well as the meeting planners program are complimentary.

Completing this form does not guarantee automatic approval. The review committee will make final decision.
